Terms & Conditions padu888 – Malaysia Sports Betting Platform Usage Agreement

Account security: You are solely responsible for keeping your padu888 account password and login credentials secure. Use a strong, unique password, enable two-factor authentication where available, and never share your login details with anyone. padu888 will not be held responsible for any unauthorised activity in your account resulting from your own negligence.

Identity verification (KYC): padu888 reserves the right to require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time, particularly when processing withdrawals above a certain amount. Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX (Malaysian internet banking via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other supported local banks). All deposits are processed within 3 minutes of transaction confirmation from the payment provider.

• Minimum deposit: RM 20
• Maximum daily deposit: RM 50,000 (may vary depending on account level)
• No deposit fees from padu888 (any payment provider fees, if applicable, are borne by the member)

Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as the padu888 account. padu888 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50, and processing typically takes between 1 and 4 hours on business days.

Sports Betting: All sports bets accepted by padu888 are final once confirmed by our system. Placed bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or transferred except in specific cases involving a technical error recognised by padu888. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet, not the odds at the time the result is announced.

Postponed or cancelled matches: If a match or sporting event is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and funds fully returned to the member's padu888 account. For events that do resume (even on a different date), bets remain valid unless padu888 states otherwise.

Bet limits: padu888 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum betting limits for any market, event, or game type. Padu888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus and promotion has its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. Members are advised to read and understand the specific terms of each promotion before participating.

Wagering requirement: Almost all padu888 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 20x means you must wager 20 times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted). Only Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50 or eligible casino games count toward the wagering requirement unless stated otherwise.

Bonus validity period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses that go unused or whose wagering requirements are not met within that period will expire automatically. padu888 is not responsible for reminding members of bonus expiry dates.

One bonus per promotion: Members are only eligible to claim each padu888 promotion once unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once using different accounts, devices, or payment details is a breach of these terms and will result in the cancellation of the bonus and further action.

padu888 VIP Programme: Members who meet the specified wagering requirements will be automatically promoted within the padu888 VIP programme (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond). Each tier offers distinct benefits, including higher betting limits, greater rebates, exclusive VIP table access, and priority support. padu888 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure at any time with notice to affected members.

Padu888 is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable platform environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action without prior notice:

• Financial fraud: Using a stolen, blocked, or third-party credit card or payment method to make a deposit at padu888.
• Money laundering: Using padu888 as a means to launder or transfer illegally obtained funds. padu888 cooperates fully with the relevant authorities in any investigation related to money laundering.
• Game manipulation: Using automated software (bots), third-party assistance tools, or any unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming on padu888.
• Bug exploitation: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, system bug or platform vulnerability on padu888 for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through bug exploitation will not be paid out.

Should a breach be established, padu888 reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the remaining balance, winnings and bonuses without compensation. padu888's decision in such matters is final and binding.

All content on the padu888 Platform — including but not limited to interface design, graphics, logos, text, animations, software, databases, domain names and the brand name "padu888" — is the exclusive property of padu888 or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information or content obtained from the padu888 Platform without prior written consent from padu888.

Using the name "padu888" or any of our trademarks in any manner that could mislead users or imply an association with padu888 without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Padu888's services are provided "as is" and "as available". padu888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuity, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

• Losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers

Padu888's total maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds you deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
